Nominate Village Pharmacy for your NHS prescriptions
Prescriptions are now sent electronically from surgeries to a patients nominated pharmacy.
In order for this to happen the patient needs to register with their chosen pharmacy. By completing the form below you will be nominating and registering with us. You will also enrol on our prescription reminder service free of charge. The prescription reminder service is simply an electronic message sent by email or sms to remind you to order your prescription on a specific day, thus preventing you running out of medicines.
Have you registered with us for free deliveries? Medicines will generally be delivered after 3 working days of them being ordered from your surgery. If you would like to register for deliveries too please fill out the separate delivery form by clicking here
